Responsibilities
- Develop quantum machine learning algorithms for NLP and optimization problems
- Design error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-AI integration projects
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry research grants
- Patent at least 2 quantum computing methodologies annually
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and NeurIPS
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum hardware interfaces
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
