Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum neural networks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid algorithms
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure with 10,000+ qubit systems
- Pioneer quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for 2026-era threat landscapes
- Drive commercialization of quantum AI solutions in healthcare, logistics, and materials science
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and speak at global tech summits
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers through our 'Future Shapers' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent 10+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum machine learning and error correction
- Deep knowledge of quantum circuit design and quantum annealing
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in neural network architecture and backpropagation
