Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics

- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science quantum AI papers
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and GPU acceleration frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
