Responsibilities

- Pioneer New Technologies: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Synthetic Data) into our core product ecosystem.
- Lead Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the long-term technical roadmap and ensure alignment with Project 2026 objectives.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish rigorous engineering standards, mentor senior developers, and conduct technical reviews to ensure excellence across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Incubate Innovation: Lead internal hackathons and innovation labs to foster a culture of forward-thinking problem solving.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and generative AI models.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
