Responsibilities

- Phone Support: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages and screen for urgency.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle mail, package distribution, and general office errands.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and update databases using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Customer Service: Assist guests and employees with inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or Office Assistant (1+ years preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
