Responsibilities
- Manage professional front-desk greeting and screening of visitors, clients, and vendors
- Handle multi-line phone system with call routing, message taking, and call screening protocols
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting scheduling, and room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory management
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and filing systems
- Maintain organized reception area with professional standards and aesthetic presentation
- Support office-wide events coordination and visitor logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office equipment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management
