Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing
- Greet and screen visitors, maintaining security protocols
- Coordinate calendars and meeting room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
- Support HR and administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.)
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
