Responsibilities
- Manage front desk greeting, call routing, and visitor screening
- Coordinate calendar scheduling and meeting logistics for executive team
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and data entry
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and equipment functionality
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and new hire orientation

Qualifications
