Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greets visitors warmly, verifies appointments, and manages visitor access protocols
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and office cleanliness standards
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding and benefits administration
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
