Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, and routing inquiries
- Coordinate office services including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Perform data entry tasks with 99% accuracy in CRM and proprietary systems
- Assist with administrative projects including document preparation, report generation, and meeting coordination
- Maintain secure visitor log system and issue access badges per company protocols
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless communication and office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
