Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors with warm professionalism and directing them to appropriate personnel/departments
- Managing incoming calls and messages with courteous communication
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate visitor logs
- Handling basic administrative tasks (filing, copying, data entry)
- Assisting with event coordination and youth program support
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (high school students welcome)
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
- No prior experience required – training provided!
