Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing and visitor greeting
- Coordinate office calendar and meeting logistics for 15+ executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage inventory of office supplies
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy in CRM
- Assist with administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expense reports
- Collaborate with HR team on onboarding processes and new hire orientation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
