- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendar appointments and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with 99% accuracy
- Greet/assist 50+ daily visitors with professional hospitality
- Maintain digital filing systems and document security protocols
- Order office supplies and manage inventory tracking
- Coordinate vendor services and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
