Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate meeting schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and scheduling
- Maintain digital filing systems and assist with data entry
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service requests

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
