Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling etiquette
- Greet visitors and provide professional first impressions
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
- Maintain visitor logs and manage access control systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, data entry)
- Support office events and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate reception/front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
