- Coordinate complex meeting schedules and conference room logistics across multiple departments
- Maintain accurate office supply inventory and procurement systems
- Assist with new employee onboarding and administrative documentation
- Support executive team with calendar management and travel arrangements
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems for confidential documents
- Collaborate with IT department on office equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
