Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors with warm professionalism and managing visitor registration
- Handling multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and message-taking
- Managing appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for executives
- Processing incoming/outgoing mail and managing office supplies inventory
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring facilities are presentation-ready
- Maintaining organized digital filing systems and confidential records
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed by department heads
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
