Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones with professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and couriers.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy document retrieval.
- Prepare internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Assist with data entry and general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an office administration or receptionist role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
