Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries) for senior staff.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and corporate presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-maintained.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, data entry, and reporting tasks as requested by management to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
