Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning architectures and data pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and quantum computing to drive R&D initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
