Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on multimodal learning and autonomous agents.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge transformer architectures and generative models.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and alignment with safety protocols in all system designs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Security teams.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
