Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Strategically plan the evolution of our core AI platforms, focusing on Generative AI, Agentic workflows, and next-gen neural architectures.
- Lead R&D Innovation: Oversee high-level research initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into our ecosystem.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Culture of Excellence: Foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior staff and driving technical excellence across the organization.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI capabilities with broader business goals and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of presenting to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
