Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls professionally
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems
- Greet visitors and coordinate meeting schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation
- Maintain organized filing systems both physical and digital
- Support team with ad-hoc clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
