- Schedule appointments and maintain digital calendars for executive staff
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain secure filing systems
- Assist with basic office tasks including inventory management and supply ordering
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and processing paperwork
- Collaborate with remote teams using digital communication tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or data entry role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy in data entry tests
