Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Process and distribute incoming communications including emails, mail, and documents
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate office logistics including inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Provide comprehensive administrative support during night shift operations (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation materials
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and task prioritization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience with night shift availability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
