Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain confidential data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document organization meets compliance standards
- Coordinate with global teams via email and phone during night shift hours
- Prepare detailed reports and correspondence using MS Office Suite
- Process transactions and maintain financial records with meticulous attention
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor communications
- Monitor office systems during night hours and escalate issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with proven data entry expertise
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99.5% accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Experience handling sensitive financial and confidential information
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with reliable transportation
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
