Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls and route inquiries
- Greet and screen visitors with professional demeanor
- Coordinate complex meeting schedules across 15+ departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage inventory
- Update and maintain HR records in ADP system
- Support HR team with onboarding paperwork
- Oversee office supply procurement and vendor relations
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Experience with ADP or HRIS systems
- Associate degree in Business Administration preferred
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus
