Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with efficiency and courtesy.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional business training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-office role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
