Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments using calendar software.
- Assist with basic data entry and maintaining accurate office records.
- Order and maintain office supplies and pantry inventory.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
