Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with a friendly voice, ensuring no message is missed.
- Mail and Packages: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Client Relations: Answer general inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-office administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
