Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk support by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
