Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, answer the phone, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Mail and Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle packages, and coordinate with couriers for outgoing shipments.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing the office calendar, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain electronic records, databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Vendor Management: Handle inquiries from external vendors and manage basic supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess basic computer skills.
