- Perform light administrative duties: data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support HR initiatives with onboarding paperwork processing and scheduling
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and polished appearance
- Assist with event coordination and client reception arrangements
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
