Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, including sorting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for staff members using digital calendar tools.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information regarding company services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
