Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Respond to inquiries via email and in-person promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative assistant experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
