- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and tidy at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Handle inquiries via email and in-person with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
