Key Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the switchboard, answer incoming calls, and take accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Ensure the reception area is always tidy, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
