Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages while maintaining accurate records
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Support team members with document preparation and basic clerical duties
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area environment
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
