Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document scanning.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers with care.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and maintaining the office agenda.
- Order and maintain office supplies and pantry items to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the office manager with various ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends if required.
