Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally in person and via phone.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and employees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.

Qualifications
