Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the front desk with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, including inputting client details, updating databases, and maintaining accurate, organized records.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar to optimize team productivity.
- Sort and distribute mail, handle incoming and outgoing packages, and manage office supplies inventory.
- Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring high standards of grammar and formatting.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline office workflows and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in reception, data entry, or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (error rate below 2%).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a part-time capacity.
