Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry Excellence: Accurately input and update customer information, invoices, and records into our database systems with a high degree of precision.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage filing systems, and prepare basic documents such as invoices and memos.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies and assist with basic inventory tracking as needed.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a data entry role is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
