Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and callers with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the front desk effectively.
- Perform high-volume data entry into CRM systems and databases, maintaining 99.9% accuracy standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and physical mail with excellent organizational skills.
- Answer and route phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Assist with filing, document management, and maintaining an organized office environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries via email or phone with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or data entry roles.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.
- Reliable transportation and availability for a set weekly schedule.
