Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and transferring calls with poise.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed using Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Update and maintain employee and client databases, ensuring all records are current and error-free.
- Handle general administrative inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proven proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
