- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a strict focus on accuracy and speed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic office supply management and inventory tracking.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for team members.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in reception or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
