Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing
- Greets and screens visitors with professional demeanor
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages daily
- Maintain immaculate reception area presentation
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management
- Assist with basic office supply inventory and ordering
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
