Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call etiquette
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate meeting schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area immaculately at all times
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering

Qualifications
