Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, mail handling, and visitor greeting
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations
- Maintain accurate office records, files, and digital databases
- Assist with basic office support tasks (printing, scanning, document preparation)
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing deliveries and manage inventory of office supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and staff
- Support HR functions onboarding and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
