- Maintain accurate visitor log and issue security passes
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor communications
- Support event coordination and special project assistance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional appearance and polished telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid DC work authorization required
