Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, call routing, and mail handling
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure immaculate presentation of common areas
- Process member inquiries with exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Execute administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and supply inventory
- Support marketing initiatives by distributing materials and updating digital signage
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and member information
- Collaborate with facility management to resolve operational challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with polished phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-traffic environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Flexible availability including occasional weekend shifts
